Rooibos is a good source of antioxidants and the only known source of a potent antioxidant called aspalathin. It is a naturally calming substance and helps to maintain healthy skin, teeth and bones.
Dosage Adults: Drink 2-3 cups of tea per day. Put in a cup of boiling water. Let stand for 3 minutes, depending on the desired strength.
